We will create the avenue for the reporting of alleged unethical conduct of employees, management, directors and other stakeholders of your institution by any employee or other person by providing dedicated telephone lines and e-mail address that could be used anonymously to report unethical practices
The telephone line will be manned between 8.30a.m. and 5.30p.m. on working days only while the e-mail address and web link will be available 24/7 and we will submit periodic reports to the designated officers of the Firm/Company’s, responsible for receiving and actioning such reports.

After making a report via any of the confidential channels, the whistleblower is provided with a unique reference number for ease of identification during subsequent interactions in respect of the reported complaint. Whistleblowers are advised to use the reference number or call the above lines to obtain feedback on their complaints.
